Meguiar's APC for pre-soaking pads?

I am just wondering what concentration of Meg's APC I should use for pre-soaking pads in a bucket...probably use 2 or 4 gallons is my guess.

I'm never stingy with product. I had pads that sat for months. I probably put 4, 5 ounces of megs super degreaser in 4 gallons then scraped them over a grit guard. They came out perfect

I would put about an ounce in. Ive never really measured it though. Its just a soak so even a little should do fine.

what about using Simple Green? Is that not a good product for this use? Or any use in automobile detailing?
