Porter Cable 7346

I bought a porter cable 7346 a couple of years ago. Seems like it's discontinued. Can anyone tell me more information about this polisher

It seems to me that it's similar to their other machines but has less power. Just repeating what I have read in the past...so I'm not 100% sure of this..

4.5a (amps). Same as the 7424xp, but with different accessories. I have one of each, and the performance is indistinguishable.

Yup. Very minor changes that wouldn't be noticed by most.

That's the newer iteration of the PC7336. It's the higher AMP model DA sander (4.5AMP vs. the older 3.7AMP motor. Given the correct backing plate and counter weight, it should work just like a PC7424XP.

I've had a 7336 for almost 10 yrs. Still going strong.
