Tuf Shine

Hi all,

I coated my tires with Tuf Shine religiously last summer and fall and then neglected them over the long winter in central IL. I'm wondering if I need to clean them again with the cleaner or simply re-coat the tire. I've done some research but haven't found anything conclusive.

Clean with Tuff shine cleaner then re-coat.
