Guzzler towels safe to use with clay lube?

I plan on detailing my new truck in a few weeks and I plan on claying the truck after the final rinse (while it is still wet). I have the DP Clay Bar kit and will use the dedicated clay lubricant. I am wondering if it is acceptable to use the Guzzler (waffle weave) towels to dry the wet vehicle (with the clay lubricant) or if I need to be using something else.

Yes I do it all the time. Most clay lube is nothing more than a quick detailer spray.

To be on the safe side, you could rinse after clay and then dry.

That is how I do it, wash, nano skin towel, rinse then dry.
