Can D114 be used as a lube for a Nanoskin sponge or would it be better just to use car wash soap?

I've used 114 for claying with the sponge. Doesn't say you can use it for that but it works for me. I've never used soap. I think 114 is slicker than soap

If you're going to use it as a waterless wash you should at least double that ratio (1 ounce per gallon).

As a clay lube, the standard dilution ratio works quite well."[unquote]

I've done rinseless washes and then used my wash bucket with a Nanoskin sponge. It worked well.
