I'm detailing another car tomorrow and am going to use XMT 360 on it for the first time. Once I've 360'ed the whole car, is it common practice to put another product on top of the sealant that the 360 leaves behind? I also have some S100 wax that I want to try out, but I don't know if that would be redundant, or overkill. It's a dark blue Lexus SUV.

Thanks!

I like to use a wax over 360, gives it even better looks! Not overkill at all ;) Go on and test S100 over it :D

i use wax over 360 all the time...works great....360 gives the wax a nice clean surface to apply wax 2

Does the 360 need to cure being a sealant?

Does the 360 need to cure being a sealant?

I did a search to see what other people have done with 360 and the answer is no, it doesn't have to cure.

I don't believe so. I had the same question and I don't recall now how I got the answer, but I'm pretty sure it was no cure time necessary.

You can top it or not, its up to you. I have top with a lots of different waxes and sealants with no problems...
Post it when you're done.

Oh, it will get posted. Second paying detail! I got this job when my neighbor saw me detailing my first paying detail (the Celica) last week.

I always top XMT 360...with sealant or wax or a combo of both.
