So I finally have been able to get the new garage. They just put up the shell yesterday. Lot's of things to come.
Last night I started looking at floor sealers/paint/coatings.
One question came up.. What color?
I am not looking for it to be a show garage but a functional shop. With that said, what do you think would be the best color to go with for detailing? I want to make sure that when working I get an even reflection to be able to see any issues, missed spots, or area's clearly without a bad reflection.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
BTW: Here it is - 30 x 35 x 12.
Already added extra re-enforcement in the floor for a lift.

Probably a nice light gray, although a white is going to be the best for reflectivity.

I was thinking white or a tan. Gray just seems to suck up light.

OK...
Your question now, for the members of the AGO forum, is: Which of the below two colors should my garage floor's color be:

1.) White
2.) Tan

I'll vote for:
2.) Tan.

I would take your cue from car dealerships. A lot of them have some kind of photo room. There job is to sell cars, so they know what looks best in photos

Personally, and I do not want to sound mean, I think tan flooring is ugly. It would look very similar to the exterior and it the colors dont match 100 percent it would irk me.

I would go with a light gray, depending on the kind of floor maybe something lightly speckled. White would be a good option as well, but let's face we are detailers, we know white shows a lot of dirt, grey hides a lot of dirt.

If I had a new unstained floor I would just seal the concrete or maybe do a light concrete stain and seal.
