Having issues with removing pet hair.
I have tried various methods including a rubber "pet hair" brush, rubber glove trick, etc and am still having issues removing some breeds hair from car carpets and seat backs. I always end up plucking the last 25% or so by hand one at a time which takes FOREVER. I have noticed that running the steamer over the area helps a bit but still struggling.
What's your best tip for pet hair removal???

The best thing I have found is to take a common vac brush attachment, trimmed down to 1/4" or so and mist the area with carpet cleaner (Folex) and vacuum like hell!! It does take some time, but works well. Most of my customers understand that not ALL of the hair will come out. If they do want it ALL out, it's time to break out the tweezers at $50 / hr.

Moving the vacuum head left and right across the hair is much more effective than going forwards and backwards. Also, a squeegee (like one for shower doors) might help.

I've had good results with the recycled beer bottle pet hair stone.

If the nap is low enough, sometimes you can use a lighter. Did I just say that?

Google "Pet Hair Rock". It'll be the best $13 investment you can make when it comes to removing pet hair. Hands down, the best pet hair removing tool I've used. No close seconds.

That can't be the best way. A rock and tweezers? I guess that's why everyone up charges for pet hair.

Snuggle diluted 10:1. Trust me.

Vacuum the area clear of major debris. Mist the snuggle mix all over. Wait a few minutes. Then vacuum/sweep with a brush or your hand and vacuum.

The anti-static properties make it a breeze.

$13 for a pet hair rock? Go to home depot and get a rock for cleaning grills, or a walmart and get a ceramic/tile cleaning rock. Same exact material, different box, like $2

I use a pumice stone used for removing callouses off of feet and for large flat areas I use a pumice stone from the household cleaning area at w-mart.

In a pinch a nitrile glove works pretty well also

The Pet Hair Rock is nice. I've used a pumice stone as well

The "pet rock" works but it will scratch and damage anything but carpet, it touches.
I recently switched to a thin stainless steel wire brush and I'm getting better results.
