Already have hotel rates set?

What airport do we fly into coming from Cali?
PBI (30 mins) is the closest, but it's usually not the cheapest, Ft Lauderdale or Orlando usually has better rates. Orlando is 2 hours drive and Fort Lauderdale is about 1.5 hours.

We are working on it this week.

Thanks Meghan! Yeah I can't believe the price differences between PBI and FTL. Flying to FTL is the cheapest way to go, plus it's a non stop flight.

Will you post Hotel info as soon as it becomes available?

Yes it will be posted, the Marriott is working to see what they can do for us this week. We will be working on the other hotels as well.

Shouldnt you just go ahead and block the whole hotel for that weekend? :)

Well we get most of it, they have to leave some rooms available but we try to make it very few.
We like to have an Autogeek Party at the Marriott and most others would not get it.
I mean if you saw Brad sitting by the fire, and PJ carrying around a stuffed bird,
Dennis Gage with his mustache "relaxing" , Todd Helme flirting with all the ladies... it's just
a bit much for a non-AGO person to handle!
