I have a clients car scheduled next week that has a lot of paint transfer on the front right bumper. I'm not sure what type of paint it is but I know I can scrape it off with my thumb nail. There's a lot on there and I'm hoping to get some tips as far as the fastest And safest way to remove all the paint. I would certainly appreciate any tips to help me with this.
Thanks!

Rubbing Alcohol will remove it, as will Magic Erasers. However magic erasers are abrasive and you will need to polish after.

Try an AIO on a polishing pad. If that doesn't work, compound on a compounding pad.
I've had bad luck with magic erasers (scratch) and have had no luck chemically stripping or claying away paint transfer.

While there was still obvious damage to the bumper cover, the client still wanted me to get rid of the white paint.

Duh Of course I should have mentioned. I used Meg's ultimate compound on an orange LC pad with my PC 7424.
