I'm trying to get a consensus on whether this polisher can be used to correct & polish? I've read a few threads and sounds like it is used more for sanding purposes. I would cut down some Mf or get 2" pads. Worth it? Most cars I work on have so many small tight areas, especially bumpers that 3" pads really can't get into. Input is appreciated, thanks !

The Rupes TA50 and Mini 75E are actually my favorite from Rupes. The TA50 is an amazing spot sander and polisher! Just make sure you have adequate air along with a huge tank. Otherwise, you may get annoyed by the constant cycling from the air compressor. I had a 30 gallon compressor and it didn't cut it, now have a Quincy 80 gallon and really enjoy the TA50.
