View Full Version : Spray-In Bed Liner Protection

I have a new Chevy Colorado with a factory applied spray-in bed liner and I'm looking for a little advice on what product(s) can be used to protect the liner from fading.

Many "protectants" leave an oily residue that streaks and runs when it is exposed to water so I don't think that is what I want. Also, the surface finish is fairly rough so wiping off the excess cannot be accomplished thoroughly.

Any recommendations?

•Best bet for the long haul, IMO, would be
to go this aftermarket route:

-Line-X (or similar brands) has a spray-on
UV top-coat for their spray-on liners.
(With Warranty)

-See if there's one in your area.
Call 'em up and see if they can
"UV top-coat" your truck's GM-liner.

Interesting! Thanks. And I'll look into that.
