New to North Carolina(Pollen) - From Florida

Just moved from Florida after 30 years to North Carolina. Washed my car and saw a lot of dust(I thought) on it an hour later. Used some Menzerna endless shine detail spray and it looked great. An hour later pollen all over car. How long does this pollen season last? Frustrating!

Welcome ! The main part pollen will last for a few weeks.

It will likely be intense since everything is running late this year due to the cool spring. The pines are really bad around in NC.

It's bad here in Texas this year. The dog sound like she's hacking up a lung every morning, and when I mowed the grass yesterday, I blew the driveway and a cloud of yellow dust rolled out in front of me.

It's raining today, so let's hope that helps pull it out of the air. My black car has a yellow aura around it halfway through a day.
