I ordered a set of Rokblokz for my Focus ST today. I am wanting to put something on these like a sealant or something to make cleaning easier. I guess something that would last a while and leave a slick surface that would repel dirt and what not. I was thinking maybe seeing if someone in my area can hit them with some Opti-Coat. Any other suggestions?

How flexible are they? I was thinking something like the Blackfire Trim Sealant.

Stiff but they do flex a bit.

I would think a sealant would be better than a coating if there is chance of flex. But I am sure others will chime in. I use a trim sealant on my mud flaps, stuff just washed right off.

I have some Blackfire Sealant as well as some turtle wax tire sealant.

I use WGTS on my xterra mud guards. Holds up great.

Should I be weary of the coatings that are harder, like the opti-coat since the flaps will flex a little bit?
