I'm pleased to announce the new formula BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Waterless Wash! The new formula is not only packaged in a new bottle with a built-in measuring cup, but the dilution ratio has been increased from 1:4 to 1:48.

That's right - 1:48!

That means a single 16 ounce bottle of concentrate makes 6 gallons of ready-to-use waterless wash!

You may be wondering - why 1:48? With a dilution ratio of 1:48, the new formula works perfectly with our 48 oz. Chemical Resistant Pressure Sprayer. Add one ounce of concentrate to 47 ounces of water and you'll have an entire container of ready-to-use waterless wash. Simply pump it up and within seconds you can saturate your paint in high lubricity waterless wash.

If you don't already have one of these bottles, we've assembled a waterless wash kit that also includes a couple of our Shine & Buff Waterless Wash Towels.

Very interested in the product, but I am wondering if the "pressure bottle" really that much better than a normal (good quality) spray bottle. I'm not trying to flame the product, just wondering.

What's nice about the pressure bottle is you just hold the trigger, you don't have to keep squeezing the trigger like on a spray bottle. These type of bottles are great for WWs

I'd love to be able to use this stuff... Unfortunately in the SE, dirt is just.. more robust :(

I think I'll just call it:
"The Meguiar's D114 Effect!" :D

I must be honest. At that ratio I can only consider this for light dust. Any actual dirt? No Way when diluted that much. No offence meant at all. It's a drop in a bucket and I question it severely. Show us more with a really dirty car. Not one that requires a hand wash but one capable of this product in this dilution.

Interesting to see the reviews/results on this one. Still have a half gallon of opticlean so I've got time for others to be the test pilots ;)

Can't Meguiars D114 be used as a waterless wash at 1 oz per gallon?

Sure can...and I have done so.

The D114 dilution ratios I so far have used are:

• A 1:256 ratio for lightly soiled panels...
down to:
• A 1:192 ratio for medially soiled panels...
down to:
• A 1:128 ratio for the most heavily soiled panels...
and all the way down to:
• A 1:15 ratio for a "panel wipe"

Anyone care to chime in how Blackfire compares to UWW+???
