I have found that a great shine, on a dark car, relys most on the glaze. the final layer IMO should be to protect all that work underneath.

My question is what have you guys found that will last at least 4 months? My uncle swares by Zaino, so I ordered some and will be using it.

What else is out there that you like for longevity?

for longeviy you cannot beatduragloss 105. I have personaly never seen a sealent last as long.
If you apply there pre polish stuff it last even longer. I would say to give duragloss a chance...ohh and to boot its much cheaper then zaino

AG have DG.

I like: DG 105, Megs #21 and Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealent. I find that megs #21 holds on long! I tried to strip it just for fun, with full strenght deagreser, but its still beading nice!

I think that you're really going to be happy that you made your way to this site. Many, many more options to find the longevity that you're looking. I also like DG105 for that.

I still think RMG is a great glaze ... looks absolutely gorgeous under any Pinnacle Wax and most others.

Is the glaze the final top coat to put on over polish, wax, and clear coat cleaner?

OK to apply by hand?

4 months is easy, most polymer products will get that
I've moved on to Glare Infinity plus and pro Polish, Fireglaze DS & permagard
We get 12 months and more out of those.

the bonding agent is a cleaner glaze or sorts. it just helps make sure the paint is perfeclty clean to apply the 105

105 is just a sealent even though it is called a polish.

And yes they are both ok to apply by hand.. its the only way i aply it

wolfgang is easy on easy off and I have gotten 6 months out of it.I have just tried dg 105 and poorboys ex-p both were easy to work with but I have no final report on how long they will last.(ex-p is still strong after 2 months and dg has only been on the car a week)

Wolfgang is a wonderful sealant. Goes on like liquid sourveran, and comes off just as easy. U cant go wrong with it. Its pricey, but it spreads really well.

My favorite Sealants are RejeX and Prima Epic. I use Danase Glaze, or Prima Amigo as my base for my sealant
I use RMG as base for my wax applications :)
