hey guys, i was detailing in a stationary company for a number of years, but have recently gone mobile. i'm in a pick-up. Any pointers on how to suppress a gas-powered air compressor? do they sell suppressors? i've got an idea to build one, but if there is something on the market... i'd like to look at it first.

You're talking about trying to reduce the noise?

I wear hearing protection when my compressor runs or my polishers, that being said I wish I wore plugs around loud noise all my life trust me.

I use my beats noise cancelling headphones when using my polisher or any loud tools. Not only does it help with the noise but I can listen to music while polishing!!
