Hey guys I have an aluminium boat to buff this weekend. Will my Porter cable and an ornate ccs cutting pad work followed by a polishing stage?? I have seen different pads used for buffing aluminium (wheel) but I don't own one. Is there a big difference between using a compound like m105 and a specific paste made for aluminium? Is it worth also wet sanding a little beforehand? Appreciate your help!
