Had a few brand new Porsche GT3's come into the detailing shop here in Massapequa, NY. Most of them are the same package with gloss white paint, gloss black wheels, and yellow calipers/accents/belts. This GT3 got the Cquartz Finest treatment on both the paint and wheels. The trim dressed and cleaned up with PERL along with the front trunk and rear trunk plastics. I didn't have time to take that many pictures but here are some of the better pictures and the steps to get there.
The steps to perfection:
- Paint and wheels were pre-treated with CarPro Iron-X
- Washed with the 2 bucket method with CarPro Reset
- Car dried with compressed air to prevent any marring and water spots
- Entire car was carefully wiped down with Eraser to clean up any left over water
- Single step correction performed using CarPro Reflect
- Entire car, the glass, and the trim wiped with with CarPro Eraser
- Wheels were coated with 3 coats of Cquartz Finest in 30 minute intervals
- 3 Coats of CQuartz Finest applied in 30 minute intervals
- Each panel was baked at 140 degrees (F) via IR lamps at 15 minutes per panel
But onto the the good stuff, pictures!
