One of my weekend chores is to clean at least the inside of my wife's car. The hardest part is the mats as they are salt and mud covered! I really don't like going to the spray car wash so here's what I do. This whole process takes about ten minutes and that includes filling your bucket and cleaning it after.

Spray your mats with an apc

Put one end in the bucket and scrub with brush. Use warm/hot water and the mat will curl in nicely

Insert other end and repeat

Wipe dry and I spray a little (not to much to avoid making it slippery) 303 on it. These mats have earned their keep. You can see where the texture is literally worn off but they're clean for another week....probably day:xyxthumbs:

It literally takes ten minutes so you don't need a heated garage. Just run out and scrub them up and you could finish the rest in the house:dblthumb2:Haha more for my northern friends I guess.Im the MAN

Nice work.

I've been cleaning my Husky's real quick with a little OPC and a microfiber towel. Don't need to be perfect for me just clean enough as they get filthy again way to quick!

May have to try this method out next time though.

Good idea for when they get nasty.

That's what I do as well.

I might change your idea into a 2BM too, when I need to do 4 mats.

My wifes are like that every weekend. We live on a dirt road too so no love there.

What is the "srt" for ? Charger or Challenger?

I just did this today. Luckily I have a sink in my garage and hot water.

I did a truck this weekend that had the weather tech liners. Man those are nice. I have the husky liners and like how firm they are but man those WT fit way nicer

That's why I'll never live on one, my OCD won't allow it, lol.

I have the AWD SRT8 :)
