I noticed the other day my ultimate wax has gotten watery? Any idea on why? Its only maybe 3-5 months old. Flipped it over one day and it just started pouring out like water with small white blotches in it.

Separated, just shake it up again.

Mine did that too.

Shook it back though, but it was never the same again.

Has it seen extreme temperature changes?

Yeah I shook it up for a while. But it's still chunky. I left in the garage for a while and in the car once or twice.

Go to the hardware store and buy a stainless steel ball bearing that will fit through the opening of the bottle. Put that in and shake it up--should solve the problem.

I also used to use Meg's UW before I became a user of Cquartz. The same thing happened to me once aswell. I keep all my products inside, and the wax was maybe 3 months from purchase date. It had also separated, no temperature drop or nothing, and no amount of shaking would return it to its normal consistency. Ended up tossing it. Then I switched to Cquartz and haven't looked back since lol.
My advice would be when the bottle isn't in use, give it a shake once in awhile. Probably pointless but cheap insurance :p

Cheers

Hmmm. I'm heading out to the garage to shake all of my product bottles! Never considered the shelf life aspect.

That's a very cool idea.

This will sound stupid at first, but it's worth saving products: Buy a blender from a thrift store, and churn your product very slow.

Churns should be built for vigorousity!

I ended up pouring the wax into an old measuring cup. Stirred for a while. Nothing happened. So I put it in the microwave for 1 minute then put it back in the bottle and shook it. Its good now! Feels like new.haha

Look on the back of the bottle and call the customer support number listed there. They will replace it.
