Well finally upgrading to a cargo van this year. Have been using my enclosed trailer since 2006 and it has been nice, but my truck sucks the gas down pulling it. It will be a few week project so I will try and post photos of it while getting it ready and hope to get some ideas from the forum too

Awesome. Should make your life much easier. If I ever made the jump to pro detailing I would do a van like you just purchased.

Going to be doing some cleaning up in it today and see where everything is going to fit. Also build a few shelves

Have not had to much time during the week to work on it. Hope to have it ready by Monday. Will be able to switch everything over then over the weekend.

Might I suggest a wall between driver & cargo area... Just in case things go flying in an emergency maneuver

Yes.was wondering about that too. They already have the sides and upper metal brakets for it. Just need the middle piece. Thanks for reminding of that.

Nice work man! I went with a smaller version (HHR Panel) and having everything enclosed and in one unit is so much easier than pulling something around. It's a puzzle to make everything fit how you want it (especially in my rig) but you'll get there.

You planning on putting any graphics on the exterior?

I got another suggestion..
Run 12v up through the door jams to the top portion of the side & rear doors. Mount 4" led lights in these locations. If working at night. You can open doors & aim light at work area or use to see inside van

Thanks. Yes I am planning on doing some lettering and stuff on it. I will probably cut some out tomorrow
