Hey guy, what's my best shot at removing hot chocolate from suede type seats. It's a dodge charger with the leather and suede combo. It been there for a week my kids didn't tell me about it. Any help would be appreciated.

You could do it like the Pros do:

Chocolate Stain Removal (http://www.proschoice.com/html/chocolate.html)

You might also get good results with Folex, cotton towels and a wet vacuum.

- Agitate with stiff dry brush to break up the mess

- Vacuum

- Spray lightly with Folex

- Dwell 1 minute

- Blot with white cotton towels

- Vacuum

- Repeat as necessary

I would use Sonax alcantara cleaner. When cleaning suede materials you want to use the least amount of liquid as possible. The Sonax cleaner is a foam style product and works great.

I doubt its real suede in the car (suede is brushed leather) which would probably be damaged beyond repair. Luckily for you its more than likely microfiber material (polyester). When I cleaned my alcantara (fancy brand name of microfiber) in my BMW I always used warm water woolite or a low concentration of resolve carpet cleaner(liquid) and a microfiber towel and had great luck in getting off stains (makeup, lotion, oils from hands etc)

Wet the area with Folex and let it dwell for a few minutes. Wet again. Using a clean microfiber, push the cloth into the stain and twist back and forth. If that doesn't get all of it out, you might try steam.

It's not, it's a synthetic blend to appear/feel like Alcantara. I have the same stuff in my Jeep.

I do what allenk4 said. Go light on the chemical and use a soft brush to take it up. Try not to push into the fibers anymore.

GC Innerclean works on it as well.

Get as much removed as you can before you get anything wet
