Meguiars Once Per Year Wax?

I talked to a Meguiars rep the other day and he said they were coming out with a once per year wax. Any one have any details (no pun intended) on this?

I know I'm new to this stuff compared to other guys, but this product just seems too good to be true. Only $9.99 to practically protect your entire car for a year? Only thing it doesn't mention it goes on is glass... There's got to be some sort of shortfall here. If these claims are accurate, it would replace a ton of products in my cabinet. Maybe I'll have to add it to my basket the next time there's a sale.

There is another thread on here that talks about this product. In it a member has a video where he shows how it it handles water. It sheets it away and because of this he said it probably would not be as good for the windshield. Don't know though... might be great on a windshield?

There is an extensive forum thread about this product on the Meguiars forum. I haven't used it but the reviews of the product seem interesting. It was not recommended for use on glass over there.
