I am happy with cquartz UK with the gloss factor but I have found the coating to be very soft! Regardless that color looks amazing all done up!

Soft as in not as resistant to marring as I had thought.

What do you use for a coating? I am always looking for different coatings to try. I have opti-coat 2.0 on my car.

I have CQUK on my truck currently and find I have to be extremely careful with waterless washes and detail spray wipe downs. In my case CQUK is so soft that on my clean truck and light pressure a dry microfiber will put in tiny little "love marks" or tiny tiny little scratches barley visible unless under powerful lights

What was the ambient temperature during the initial curing period? The coating may be taking a while to fully cure. Using an IR lamp for the initial cure is important during cold weather.

Really nice work. You can really see the true color of the paint now.

Yep, the before pics looked like the average "soccer mom's vehicle", nothing special, lifeless.

The after pics really shows some new life, and radiance-luster! Great job!

As for Cquartz UK in my experience, the finish, and protection it left behind was far from being soft.
