Question on Flat/Matte finish

Hello,

The rear spoiler on my car has a Flat/Matte Black finish (2013 Dodge Charger Super Bee)

It has a few small scratches in it I would like to fix.

The question is how do I do it.

Do I use the Porter Cable and Paint Correct it like I would normal paint?

Do I need to wet sand it and repaint it with flat black paint?

you can't. options are to either refinish or re-apply a new decal if it's a decal.

a VERY viable alternative that a lot of people use for stuff like this is to get it wrapped with something like 3M 1080.
