Anyone have experience with the above 2? Similar pricing and size. I'm looking at looks and durability, I assume both are easy to use.

bfms is one of the easiest waxes to use ever IMO. can't speak for 5050

Midnight Sun is a very nice wax. Great shine, very easy to apply and remove. Slickness is very good also, just be sure the paint is clayed and polished first before applying wax. Average durability, strong beading should last 4-6 weeks.

Both are very good. Easy to work with. I like the feel of Midnight Sun better.

How does either look in gloss? One outshine the other? Or not much in it

I'm guessing these are not that popular as most haven't purchased them.

My MS arrives tomorrow. I will however be using at as a topper to gloss coat, although I may throw a layer on sometime this winter.

Both are excellent, I'm leaning towards MS, especially if you purchase the kit with the BF Sealant, it's a great value and excellent 1-2 system.

I use Power Lock so no real reason to get BFWD sealant.

BFMS is one of the best waxes I have ever used. I like it better than Fuzion, BFBI and others in this price point. The ease of use and gloss are good. But real gloss comes from the prep.

I never tried 50/50 because of the tin it comes in. I just don't see the point of it. I have heard Petes53 is a better option from CG

Looks like the consensus is to give BFMS a shot more so than 5050.

That 1-2 system is called Fire and Ice.:props:

Does anyone think that Midnight Sun and 915 have the same smell and colour? I cant tell the difference today after having both infront of me

I have had experience with Chemical Guys products on numerous occasions. I also have had numerous experience with Blackfire too.

Having said that, I no longer care or will use Chemical Guys products again. As for Blackfire, I just bought the large jar of Midnight Sun. Blackfire IMO, is one of the best car products out there.
