26 says yellow wax but does have polymers. Is 21 just a pure synthetic with no wax at all

M26 is an Hybrid-Wax...with the weighted-emphasis being on the carnauba wax side. Also known as a:
"pure" Wax---having no cleaners or polish.

M21 is a 100% synthetic (hydrophobic)-polymer product:
A "pure" Sealant---having no natural Waxes.

•I like them both.
-M21 for "metallics".
-M26 has the best D.O.I. (distinction of image) of any Wax that I've ever used!!

Believe it or not:
Some people are even known to use M26 atop M21.

I like using both. If you are looking for long term protection then M21 would be the one to go with. M26 does look great

M21/M26 is a great combo. They compliment each other very well. Give it a shot. I think you will like it.

Both M21 and ULW are 100% synthetic polymer products. However: Meguiar's states that their polymers differ.
So...No:
ULW is not considered the Consumer version of M21.

In fact:
M21 2.0 and NXT 2.0 are more closely related (both having hydrophobic polymers)

M26 Paste Wax:Meguiars #26 Hi-Tech Paste Wax is carnauba paste car wax with polymer additives for maximum longevity. Meguiars #26 High Tech Paste Car Wax is great (http://www.autogeek.net/meg26hitpasw.html)

has its own liquid Wax version called:
Meguiars #26 Hi-Tech Liquid Wax is a polymer liquid car wax that offers excellent paint protection and shine! Meguiars #26 High Tech Liquid Wax is (http://www.autogeek.net/meg26hityelw.html)

So...No:
Deep Crystal Liquid Carnauba Wax (maroon bottle) is not the liquid version of M26 Paste Wax.

Thanks, don't mean to thread hijack but it seems like you know the Megs line.I'm curious about the cut of the maroon bottle cleaner wax(America's no. 1 best selling cleaner wax) which I assume is also called A12 cleaner wax. How aggressive is it? I have used this vs glazes to finish off after a polish and it always seems to leave a better, glossier finish than my PB BH and WD.

Perfectly stated.

A12 is not that aggressive. It is still good for a cleaner wax. If you want a Meguiar's cleaner wax that has some correcting ability look into white wax or black wax. White wax offers more cleaning (correction) while black wax offers more polishing oils. White wax and black wax uses SMAT (super micro abrasive technology). These are also available over the counter.

I would just like to know the cleaner wax cut from a scale of 1-10, I dont use it for correcting but more on its glossy finishing and leaves paint ultra smooth.

The A12 Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax is a light cutting cleaner/wax. See my article here,

How to choose a one-step cleaner/wax (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ask-expert-featuring-mike-phillips/81546-how-choose-one-step-cleaner-wax.html)

I would just like to know the cleaner wax cut from a scale of 1-10,

My guess on a scale from 1 to 10 it would be around a 2. Keep in mind this product is in the Consumer Line so it's created for the lowest common denominator in the general public.

I don't use it for correcting but more on its glossy finishing and leaves paint ultra smooth.

It's actually a great "Maintenance Wax" for daily drivers.

See why here,

If you want something more aggressive in the Meguiar's Consumer Line go with ColorX.

This was the first Meguiar's product I used back when I was in high school and it actually led me to the job I now do.

Meguiars Liquid Cleaner Wax A12 was the first detailing product I ever bought, its what actually caught my fascination as it was really easy to apply and remove and left my paint sparkling. I then purchased Ultimate Compound and being really experienced thought "Cleaner" wax as its name suggests goes first then followed by Ultimate Compound. I was devastated as the paint was nowhere as shiny as when the cleaner was used alone. Oh well, learnt later on the order of using products and the intended use of each lol.
