I tried a small spot on a factory clear coated alloy wheel, it worked perfectly to remove the browning. Before I go all in , is it safe? Is it too strong of a solvent? Even if it is immediately washed clean?

I have read mixed things and I am curious if anyone has first hand experience.

Thank you

Never dull shouldn't harm anything since begin a abrasive metal polish, though if it was me I would use something meguiars ultimate compound/polish for the fact that the clear coat on this wheels is the same as what covers the vehicle therefore should be treated with the same mind set

It's slightly abrasive. Use it at a minimum. I would polish the wheel afterwards.

Thanks. So it shouldn't harm the clear coat other than slight abrasion ?

Personally my feeling on neverdull is it leaves a greasy mess. Just my .02 though.

I only use never dull to polish metal not paint. Skip never dull and use a compound if your wheels are clear coated.
