1999 BMW Z3M Roadster Detailed

Hey guys,
So I only detail during school breaks or weekends. I was home during Thanksgiving break and was asked to detail a BMW Z3m that a customer bought and wanted me to pretty up for him.

Car is Cosmos Black with 60k miles. I didn't get to take a bunch of pics sadly since I did a total of 5-6 jobs over that week in between travelling for the holiday!
-2014 Audi R8-maintenance wash and winterize
-BMW 328i-winterize
-BMW Active Hyrbid 3-one step and winterize
-This Z3m
-X3d (below)
-Maintenance wash and winterize on Audi A3 tdi

Car had a two step polish and topped with Blacklight and V07 as well as some Dr. Colorchip work on the hood and front fenders. Car is garaged 99.9% of the time and the owner wanted max visual appeal which is why this LSP was chosen instead of a sealant. This was the first time I used Blacklight and damn it looks good! Made the paint so much deeper and richer!

-Einzsett cockpit premium
-CG window cleaner (blue)
-CG metal polish and #0000 steel wool for exhaust tips
-Probably forgetting some but that's the gist of it

So yeah, I'm happy with the results. The owner told me not to stress about making it perfect this time since he's having some dents pulled and the front bumper resprayed and he says he will have be retouch it and try to make it as perfect as possible in the spring and have it coated!

I really enjoyed working on this car though, lots of curves and beauty panels. The Griot's did exceptionally well as always. Although I just ordered a new Flex 3401 which just shipped today :dblthumb2:

As a bonus to this post, the owner also bought a brand new BMW X3d which he had me wash and seal. I used Sonax PNS to seal it and some of the same products above to wash the wheels, etc.

There were a few rogue scratches and marks that were cleaned up with FG400 on a Hyrbid white pad. Car only had 2k miles on it so paint was excellent and surprisingly not many marks from the dealer!

X3d is Carbon Black on Mocha interior and it's freaking beautiful!!

Thanks! I tried to make this post more detailed than previous ones for those reasons. Trying to help out the community.

More to come in the future as I try out my new Flex!

They are fun cars! The owner dropped the car off and saw my BMW 335 and after talking soon figured out I'm a huge gesr head so he told me to go drive it before I got started. Definitely a fun car to drive! Very different from my BMW haha

I like it too. I applied it to my girlfriend's 2013 impreza in July and she lives in Buffalo, NY and so far it has held up well to all of the weather they've had this year.

Thank you! Means a lot coming from you guys. I don't plan to take it beyond weekend detailing as I graduate in the spring but I really do enjoy doing it!
