Accounnt History and Latest Order Lost

So I put in a sizable order last Friday (black Friday) to restock my company for the winter. Went through all the motions, built the order, confirmed everything, went to the pay pal site, etc. I decided to check the status today and realize there is no email, no tracking info. So I log onto my account and it says I have not ordered anything since April of 2014. Which is really strange because we put an order in once a quarter. Now I am really confused. On the plus side there is no payment posted to my account, but on the down side I missed the sale pricing.

Anyone else have any issues with lost account info, order history, or orders not going through?

I lost all of my order history, which was about 5-7 orders from another PBMG site. However, they did track and rectify the situation in a very timely manner.
Call CS and see what's up.
