I had a little time to try out Dlux on my badly faded wiper cowl.

Process:
Washed with DG901
Megs APC+
Eraser wipe down
2 coats Dlux

Now for some pics.

A gosh darn night and day difference! I found out the same as well.
This is surely one top flight product from the minds at Carpro.

Did you use it on your wiper arms and blade holder?

The last pic has Dlux on the lower portion of the wiper arms. I had some left on the aplicator so I fugured I would wipe it on. The arms are going to be replaced because they are pitted.

Good choice. I did coat my window trim/rubber 6 months ago and they still look new. They were just as faded as the cowl.

Hi,
No, CQuartz DLX can probably be more correctly termed as a semi-permanent Ceramic Coating. It is applied in a very similar fashion to the CQuartz Paint Coatings.

With its clear color, this makes it a top choice for any color exterior trim. It can be used on Headlight-Tailight Lenses, Plastic Grills, Chrome, whether plated Plastics or Metals, Wheels, etc. Supposedly can handle very high heat temps. I think I even read once somebody using it on their Motorcycle Exhaust Pipes.

A little pricey, yeah, but for the protection it offers, and for how long it lasts, lessening work on a vehicle to maintain such pieces, I'd say the product is worth every penny.

I did every plastic exterior piece on my 97 Tahoe. It's still holding up, that was almost 2 years ago.

Dlux is legit stuff. I was hesitant at first because of the price tag, but it is more than worth it. I coated every piece of trim on my HHR and it looks amazing (been about 2-3 months so far and looks like the day I did it. It also goes a long way, I'll be able to easily do my wife's car too and have plenty left over if/when I need to touch it up.

It's a tough sell to a customer because of the price unless they know how great it is, but personally I will never use another trim product on my cars again.
