Looking for suggestions for polish suggestions that fall between 105/fg400, and 205/sf400.

Maybe you meant SF4000, right? Just to avoid misunderstood.

My suggestion is Menzerna PF2500, right in between.

Why not just use M205?

I suppose I could.

If the success I've had with Ultimate Polish and yellow Rupes microfiber polishing discs is any indication, I imagine 205 would be even more versatile.

I was thinking M86 might "bridge the gap" between 105 and 205. I have M86, but haven't used it, but on a few panels.

Thank you sir! I forgot all about d300! I've read that people have had great results even with foam.
