Wolfgang Liquid Seal, tiny beads of water??

Hi guys I'm completely new to this and was wondering if millions of tiny little heads of water is normal? Any time I have seen bearing on a car it has been much much larger. I applied two coats of liquid seal yesterday and I must admit the look is great a very wet appearance and gives depth.

Today it rained tho I have noticed there millions of microscopic like beads on the car, just wondering if this is normal?? Thanks

Yeah it looks like my car has measles...if measles were made of rain drops that is lol.
