Huh? This artist has been featured on TV shows like 60 Minutes for over a decade. Cars in Texas get dusty, and he was able to turn those dusty cars into rolling canvases. I think it's incredible.

And the image will stay there long after you've washed it. Highly visible at dusk and dawn.
