I have been using Carpro perl on my tiers and trim. Mixing to what car pro ratios. After the product wheres off it leaves a white residue on my tires and trim. I do wash my tires with Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner - D10101 full strength. but i dont wash the mud flaps with OPC. What could cause this. So far not very impressed with perl

It looks as if some of the dye/dressing properties are still on are still left on the tire, try using the product straight it also can be the tire itself

Looks to me like those white letters may be losing some of there coloring on the tire (note how it is stronger around the lettering). The letters look pretty beat up, some curb rubbing damage perhaps? I have used PERL on multiple sets of tires and never had such an issue.

Sayroger, I had the same problem with the plastic and tires on a Mini Cooper i applied Perl to. I was so upset with the outcome. I used the product just like recommended and applied in my garage. I switched to Carpro Perl after I had the exact same issue with solution finish on a Infinity SUV's plastic. Although Solution Finish didn't milk the plastic as bad as perl I was upset with both products. I would like a answer also.

I tried cleaning with d1010 full strength with stiff brush but when it dries the white comes back. even on the tires mixed 1:1 it leaves them white when the tires get wet.

I guess I will be making a phone to car pro in the morning. LOL ( I will be nice. I am sure they tell me how to fix this)

I see, and while you stated your tires are clean, the only other two things I can suggest is deep clean them by wiping then down with IPA wipe or Carpro Eraser or after heavily debating in like 20 years the old school brass brush

P.S you may have a defective product too

I'm sure Corey will go above and beyond and provide you with a great solution as he always does.

That said I have one more question what color is the towel you are wiping down with? And personally I have never had to rewipe PERL after application. And if I did I would give it like 20 minutes before I did.
