Is there a list that compares the professional line to their other lines? Like what bulk product is the same as their other small size products.

There aren't really many products that are "the same" across lines. The only ones that I can think of are QID=QID and UQW=D156.

Here's a quick list of similar type products:

M105 = Ultimate Compound (derived from M105)
M205 = Ultimate Polish (derived from M205). UP offers more polishing oils versus M205 offering more correction.
M21 = NXT
D156 = Ultimate Wuik Wax
M135 = Ultimate Quik Detailer

Those products are not "the same"--if you want to get into "similar" products you might as well list a lot more, and while you're at it go into different brands.

The two that I mentioned (and you did also) are the only ones I'm aware of that Meguiar's identifies as products that are "the same" between the consumer and Detailer lines. Because Meg's has always been forthcoming with this type of info and sells into many different markets, I trust their sincerity on this issue.

Whether the OP is actually looking for "similar" products is up to him to clarify.

D156 is probably my favorite out of the whole megs pro line. Great shine, and smells awesome.
