Whats your go to Microfiber Detergent right now and why?

So I'm working on a few microfiber detergent videos right now, and it just had me thinking about this question -- I'd love to hear some feedback!

I really like Adam's a lot, but I ended up picking up a gallon of DP so cheap that I use that instead. The DP is good, but for stains, I spray them directly with Adam's first.

Gallon of MicroRestore, last time it was on sale plus a code. I use two ounces in a full top-loader. About 40¢ a load. I've also (rarely) pre-soaked MFs in a five gallon bucket with one ounce of it.

When I was in college three decades ago I was part of the then-emerging adventure and extreme sports trend, and started buying clothes made from all the new high-tech fabrics. Even back then, regular detergents were not recommended, and I spent a lot of money for special solutions with no perfumes, dyes or UV enhancers. Nowadays I use and recommend MicroRestore for all high-tech fabrics, it is amazing and does exactly what I need it to do.

+1 for Micro-Restore. Towels come out like new. 1 oz is all I need per load. And I've never pre-soaked any of my towels. Works well even when I switched to an HE washer 3 years ago.

I honestly can't see what all the hype is about these MF cleaners. I've used micro restore and noticed it was not removing stains like my dye free laundry detergent could. What are you guys using that's so great? How are you guys justifying these micr cleaners other than that you're being told it's a good idea to use them. I'm not trying to be irritating; believe me, if I saw a difference after I used a special cleaner, I would be using it. Maybe my towels are so new that it doesn't matter?

I have used all of PBMG's offerings except Wolfgang. I like them all! Right now I'm on BLACKFIRE because it was a good bargain by the gallon when they were switching to black bottles.

To the naysayers..............I don't mind spending good money on quality towels and I certainly don't mind spending money on a quality product to maintain them.

I don't either, in fact, I tried. I didnt see a difference between cleaners and detergents. That's the only reason I still stick with laundrey soap.

Wolfgang. I have tried several of the popular ones, and the WG really does make a difference with a HE machine. Towels come out softer.

I've been interested to buy some of AG's MF cleaning products but can't pull the trigger because I don't think it's anny better than laudry detergent. In fact, I also use laundry soap for my pads when, AG sells DP Pad Restorer, and I've been wanting to try it out.

MicroRestore also. Because of the price and most loads only call for 1 oz (small load). Most load I do are small or medium (2 oz.) water level. Seems most other detergents call for 2 oz. for smaller loads, like BF. I bought a gallon over a year ago and still have at least 1/4 left. I did try the small bottle of BF but now just use the bottle and fill with MR to use the squeeze measurer.

After a polishing/sealant/wax session, I also add 1 oz. of Megs APC to the wash to help release the residues.

I always use the autosoak feature on the washer. When I add APC, I usually will do a 2nd rinse also.

Dirt staining on dry towels, I will usually hit with OxyClean pretreater before washing. I find dirt staining on wet towels (like after a RW) I don't usually need to pre-treat as the stain is not able to set.

I bought some BF and think it was better than laundry detergent. Can get expensive so i would only use it if towels are bad

I just use this, so a comparison to just regular old Tide detergent opposed to the named brand detailing products would be nice to see.
