Today I was going to detail the durango before I leave for school tommorow I took out 106FF and the Edge 2k Blue pad and started working, 5min into it there was glue on my paint, I freaked out stopped and looked at the pad it was leaking glue. Well I had to finish up so I flipped the pad over and worked the rest of the car with only one side but I noticed the pad was tearing up easily and wobbling I stopped halfway into it and see what I saw.

Am I the only one with the problem that the blue pad keeps ripping apart? this is the third one that has gone to shreds after only two uses Ive had the other to replaced.

First what happend

After I flipped it over and used it somemore on the side that wasnt "leaking" glue.

I had a blue Edge that did about the same after 2nd use, just no leaking. Seemed to let go in the center. Edge replaced it but never did tell me the problem even though I asked.

Call or PM Edge, he will take care of you. They had some problems with the glue on the older pads.....

My blue pad came apart on me too, using NO PRESSURE. No leaking glue though. Edge sent me a new blue pad, haven't used it since. I think Im going to get rid of my Edge system.

it wasnt exatly leaking but the pad/adapter was so hot the glue in the middle was melting on to my paint, and I was not using very much pressure at all. Justs seems that the adapter/pad gets so hot it starts melting away the glue making everything rip apart.

This is my 3rd one
