I have white paint on my Hyundai Genny.
It's very hard to spot a swirl marks. Going to clay , polishing with surface cleaner from Pinnacle Black Label , what would be the best light I could spot the swirl marks on paint? It calls marble white pearl tricoat. Searched topics , couldn't find anything regarding this.
Thank you in advance :)

A good and Powerful LED Flashlight, generally equipped with 18650 Batteries (please, I'll not enter in battery safeties subject like getting quality batteries, protected if needed, etc!)...

Not saying they are the best light (like you're asking), but definitively one cheap and handy tool, must have. Take a look at the Flex Swirl Finder Light, they are similar.

FLEX Swirl Finder Light (http://www.autogeek.net/flex-swirl-finder-light.html)

You won't hold the light too close to the paint (but some situations you can!, find the best distance testing various),

you'll try to 'incide the light directly' to the paint and spot the defects around the light, avoid looking into the light spot. You try enough until getting practice in doing this.

Do a search for a Cree flashlight. Find one with 300 or more lumens. Pay a low price. Done!

Hi Tato.
Thank you for your help with the light to see the swirl marks. I got it , and it's really good.
Luckily I don't have any, but Dave T435 suggested that I should talk to you.
I'm going to coat my car today, I have all the PBL stuff. He didn't quite like the brand, but I spent all day reading about it and couldn't find any negative feedback.
He told me that you might be the one who knows how to properly coat it. I did washing with PBL shampoo and clayed and coated the front window, just to see what is this and how is the results, even after washing the paint felt like being coated.
I am going to redo everything, just to wanted know is it necessary to do IPA , or just use they cleanser polish ? And what kind of pads would be best to use?
If you have any other suggestion, I would be happy to find out.
I have white marble tricoat paint , and the car is just month old.
Thanks
