So I have a 2002 Dodge Cummins dually that I got for free. Truck is mechanically in great shape but the paint is challenged but primarily in a few areas.
The roof is having the clear coat fail and there are a couple small spots where it is starting to rust on the doors and fenders.
I neutralized the rust but I wanted to get your opinion for a primarily work truck, not a show truck.
Should I just get the truck repainted in the problem areas which would be whole roof and a couple small spots on the doors and fenders and just do some correction on the remainder or am I at the point where a full respect will cost similar and last much much longer?
