Hey guys,
Once or twice a year I'll take the rims off and give them a thorough cleaning. I sprayed the inside of the rim with IronX and it didn't change color, other than that I sprayed it with Meguiar's wheel and tire cleaner. It's not a huge deal, but I'm not sure what this stuff is on my rims. It's on all of them, but some are worse than others. Anyone have any idea what this is or how I could remove it? Sorry if it is hard to see, I was cleaning the rims at night. I am also putting a sealant on the rims and then a coat of wax. Will using Meguiar's wheel and tire cleaner remove the protection of wax or sealant on there? Thank you.
