I would loooooove to be able to attend AG's Bootcamp, but I'm in So Cal and it would take forever for me to build up that kind of money. I don't want to violate form rules so I'm not asking for people to post links to places out here. But, perhaps PM'ing would be okay. If not, mods please lock this thread down. I know Chemical Guys has a few day classes, but I'm wondering what else exists out here.

This is how I would do it if I were you

I would attend (in order)

Meguiar's 101
a couple of Meguiar's TNOG's
Meguiar's Advanced Classes (when your name gets picked)

(^ All those above are free and you can attend them as many times as you want btw, the Advanced Class is picked by lottery style)

If you want to take it a step even further then I would take
the Meguiar's NXT classes. Those you do have to pay for and not sure on the pricing since this is the one I haven't took yet.

Where in SoCal are you located?

I have completed all of these and several TNOG sessions

Great Stuff

Mike Stoops from Meguiar's, who runs the classes is a very good Teacher

If you go to the Chemical Guys Training, I hear you get to use the Chinese Knock-off of the Rupes 21 !

A nice thing about Meguiar's Training Programs is that they have their machines, 3M Pneumatic, Megs DA and you can bring your own tools and get them to teach you to use them. They don't even bat and eye and are experts on every known polisher...even the 2" Hernandez Polisher

This is a Harbor Freight polisher (not sold by Meguiar's) but snuck in the contraband anyway.

THANKS for the replies guys, since Meg has some free classes I'll start there. Doesn't hurt I'm like 30 minutes from Irvine. Irvine has a Counter too, gooooood burger spot. Lemme go find the next class start!

Yeah I've heard that, a place in Vegas does the same thing.
