I hope I am in the right thread. I would like to donate my GG 3" DA Polisher I bought from AGO. I converted my PC 7424 XP to a 3" DA and like it better. Just PM me with your address. The person that wants it will have to pay shipping costs by UPS. I will let you know how much before I ship.

Thanks

I'd love to take you up on that offer, but I wouldn't use it enough. I'm sure there are many people here that can make better use of it than I would.

Very generous of you to do that!

If you don't mind me asking how did you convert the PC

Awesome! This is one of the reason I like AG. Just a bunch of great guy/gals all around.

I did the same with my GG6 which I now have as a dedicated 3" polisher (since I have a Rupes and Flex), great little conversion.

Jet Black, you can do the same by buy this: 3 Inch Dual Action Flexible Backing Plate, da backing plate, random orbital backing plate (http://www.autogeek.net/3inch-dual-action-backing-plate.html)

Sorry everyone the GG 3" has been spoken for. If things change, I will let everyone know. Thanks for the fast response.

You can buy a 2 7/8" backing plate and turn the PC 7424XP into a 3" DA. I prefer the Lake Country Hydro Tech pads. It works great with the PC. The backing plate is the key. I know that there are several different size backing plates for the PC....IMO one of the most versatile DA's.

That is a great gesture on your part.

I got mine several years ago and only use it occasionally.

Maybe I'll have to pack it back up and give it away someday too:xyxthumbs:

If things change, I could really use a 3"

Very generous of you! It's not just people like you that are so great for this forum, but people like you that are so great for this world!

Awesome dude. Love seeing things like this. I'd love the polisher but i think I'm doing ok between both my jobs to just get my own some day so I hope someone who really needs it gets it.
