Leather repair in Mass

Thought i'd ask you folks here that may be in the area of Worcester or Central Mass. Can anyone recommend an auto upholstery repair shop in Central Mass? I have a friend up there whose dog inflicted a nice little tear in her Lexus IS rear seat leather.

Just a shot here due to the bulk of experience and advice.
