I've been searching the forum for over an hour but can't find what I'm looking for.

At a boot camp session, Mike talked about providing a new car prep service rather than using the dealer. I do not remember the details of what this includes.

I recently detailed a GMC Yukon for a guy that's selling it to get a new vehicle. I have an opportunity to prep the new vehicle, but need to make sure I have everything I need. Especially since there's a 20% off sale right now.:xyxthumbs:

I'm sure this info exists somewhere. I just can't find it.

Thanks!

The very basics would be:

a quik detailer
clay
a light polish (Megs Ult polish for example)
your choice of an LSP (sealant or wax)

I know Mike Phillips did an article on how to detail a brand new car, but I can't find it right now, I'll look for it and post the link when I find it.

Found it:
