Toyota White single stage paint. Going to polish and want to opticoat.

Looking for real world experience using OC or other coatings on single stage.

Did it hold up? What were your findings?

I've actually done a single stage white Toyota along with several other vehicles. Zero difference as far as application and longevity remains to be seen but as yet, no degradation since Feberuary 2012.

I'm really disappointed that OC has been replaced. I'll be trying some of the alternatives that are both less expensive and have better reviews. 2 years longevity at twice the price is not an advancement from my perspective.

Since Opticoat Pro can only be applied by authorized Pro's and Opticoat 2.0 is no longer made. The better question, will Opticoat Glosscoat work on single stage paint. Since OCP and OC2.0 does, I don't see why OCGC wouldn't, but I haven't used it on SS paint so I can't say anything good or bad.
