I'm looking for a low cost but good steam cleaner. Since I'm a beginner at detailing I don't want to go out and spend $500-$1000, yet.
I need something that will work for now until I'm more experienced and established.
Please give me some suggestions.
The one I have had my eye on is the McCulloch MC1375...

I have the 1275 and it works fine, so the 1375 should be plenty

My 1275 is an awesome tool. I would love to get the 1375. I hear its an awesome machine. I'm sure it will fit your needs, especially for the cost.

So maybe I should go with the 1275... It's cheaper.

1275 is a great machine for the price. I just recently upgraded to the vx5000 and honestly am not that impressed with the VX compared to the little cheapo 1275. I kind of wished I kept saving up for the Kleenjet 1000CV instead.

German is not always good, though... I bought a very expensive Karcher power washer and the pump case split open last weekend after less than 20 hours total use. I'm not pleased!

Tedj, I agree but a lot of US brands are not stocked here. Given a choice of vax or karcher steam cleaner, its a no brainer!
What karcher pressure washer did you have, I had a k4 and it leaked so I upgraded to a k5 which is awesome!
