View Full Version : What's so special about "Long Throw" Polishers?

I'm not sure i've ever read about why long throw polishers, like the Rupes are superior to traditional ones like my PC. Can any one explain what "long throw" means and why it's better. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

The longer throw gives you a larger area of coverage. This means you can get more done quicker. This is the main reason detailers want the long throw. The quicker you do correction the faster you get to the next job.
