Well these things are said to be good for at least 50 or more uses so if we wouldn't get so excited to clay our vehicles with the latest clay substitute we could keep a log of how many times we use it, thought all jokes aside if the substitute stop making the paintwork smooth(whether yours or a worser one)or has an abnormal behavior like leaving black lines on the paintwork then that to me is the sign to retire the clay subsitute
